He took his time and answered all of my questions. Then Dr. Jugan came in and examined me. Sat with me answered my questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all. The day of surgery Dr. Jugan visited me in surgery preop and came to my room that afternoon to see how I was doing . He gave me a couple of very specific marching orders that he needed me to do on my end to make sure my knee heeled perfectly. Everything has gone like clockwork and I couldn’t be happier. Where do I start? I have been a patient of OrthoKagan since 2011 when I had my right hip replaced by Dr Kagan. What impressed me at first was Dr Kagan knew by looking at the X-rays, I played baseball and even more astounding was he knew … More I was a catcher. Yeah that could have been a lucky guess but it would have been a REAL lucky guess. The surgery and PT went well and I have been pain free for 24 years.So when my shoulder was giving problems I, without hesitation, called to schedule an appointment with Dr Kagan only to find he had retired so I scheduled with Dr Jugan. Dr Jugan and his PA Brandon made me feel like I had been a patient of theirs since day one.After the X-ray, the MRI and the reading they were NOT pushing surgery. They gave me the pros and the cons of each of the options and left the decision up to me. For that matter they didn’t even say I had to do any of the three procedures at OrthoKagan.OrthoKagan has a patient for life.

Dr. Jugan is a excellent surgeon. He did a hip replacement on my left hip I'm 2012. I saw him this week because if tremendous pain in both hips. I had bursitis in both hips, no need for surgery.
